Our organic vineyard management, hand picking of all fruit, low yields, hand sorting and the ‘natural’ approach by the superb winemaking team from Te Whare Ra, where the wine was made, has produced a beautifully balanced, fresh, punchy wine that is described as having excellent intensity and complexity with ripe grapefruit and tropical flavours.
